The Lake House – Trophy Fishing & Great Adventure

The Lake House sits on a wooded hillside on the water in Phelps, Wisconsin. A stairway winds down through the trees to your own dock and covered boathouse, so the boat stays in the water all week and the day starts on the lake. Down by the shore there are Adirondack chairs around a fire pit for the evening, and cornhole boards on the lawn.

Inside, the great room opens under a vaulted knotty-pine ceiling, with a fireplace and seating for the whole group. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table seats everyone at once. Morning coffee belongs in the wood-paneled sunroom that looks out into the trees. Downstairs is the game room: a pool table, a second fireplace, and couches to sink into after a day on the water.

Four bedrooms sleep up to six guests, including a bunk room the kids can have to themselves, and there are three bathrooms plus a washer and dryer.
